ASTER PRE-SCHOOL
Aster Pre-School is a full IEYC program by Field Work Education, UK
The IEYC launched in 2016, and is our International
Early Years Curriculum
for children aged 2–6 years old.
It is used by over 140 nurseries and early year settings,
in 47 countries worldwide.

The IEYC uses international best practices
Holistic enquiry and play-based approaches
that cover all curriculum areas including personal,
social and emotional development.

Age 4 Years Old (Nursery)
Children follow the 6 local government
of Malaysia learning areas and UK -based
Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum (EYFS)
incorporated with International Early year curriculum (IEYC)
BY Fieldwork Education.
The children are getting exposure
to language Bahasa and Mandarin through story-telling,
singing and fun activities.
The nurseries children will experience play-based activities to ensure they are holistically develop.

5 Years Old (Reception)
Children follow the 6 local government
of Malaysia learning areas and UK -based
Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum (EYFS)
incorporated with International Early year curriculum (IEYC)
BY Fieldwork Education.
The children are getting exposure
to language Bahasa and Mandarin through story-telling,
singing and fun activities.
The nurseries children will experience play-based activities to ensure they are holistically develop.

6 Years Old ( Year 1 )
Students follow the IEYC program
that is improvised to meet the thematic approach.
They will embark on the
English National Curriculum programmes
of study numeracy and literacy.
The children are getting
exposure to language Bahasa and Mandarin
through story-telling, singing and fun activities.
A reading program will progress after school.
An extra CCA will be provided for the
year 1 student to enhance their personal skills.
